This scheme is basically started for the the poor patients. In this scheme poor patients those belong to Andhra Pradesh state will get financial assistance from the side of authority. This financial support will be given to patients when they will discharge from the hospital. Patients can use this money for their daily use and also their daily economic needs.

When the patient discharge from the hospital he need medical treatment as well as medications. So this money will help them to do their proper medication as well as treatment. This Scheme is launched in Guntur District today by CM. YSR Arogya Asara Scheme

Poor patient families always face a financial crisis at the time, when anyone in the family is sick. State government start YSR Arogya Asara Scheme to overcome this issue. With the help of the scheme people will get good medical treatment.

Under the scheme government will give financial support of rupees 5000/- monthly 225 Rs Per day at the time of discharge. So when the patient is in good condition, then he will be discharged from the hospital. After the discharge he will apply for YSR Arogya Asara Scheme.

This scheme beneficiary will get payment on the monthly basis.

YSR Arogya Asara Scheme

After the launch of the scheme government make a estimate that, 4.5 lakh patients will get the benefit of the scheme. This is basically post-treatment financial Grant, which is provided after patient discharge.

Andhra Pradesh government make a list of 26 treatment categories in which benefit will be given. There are total 836 types of operations are included in this scheme.

In YSR Arogya Asara Scheme the main highlight of the scheme is government will release a check of the beneficiary amount, that will be deposited into the respective Bank. This amount will be credited into the beneficiary account within 48 hours after the patient discharge from hospital.

Per Day 225/- Rs will be given under this scheme, till post treatment will be processed.

In case of patient have their own bank account, or he is not able to access his account, in that case he can receive that money into dear closest relative account.

Jagananna Arogya Asara Eligibility Criteria

Only Andhra Pradesh permanent residents are eligible to apply for YSR Arogya Asara Scheme.

Only those hospitals will be consider that will be come under State Health Department. So the patient want to take advantage of the scheme in need to take admission in that hospital which is come under Andhra Pradesh health department.

This scheme is basically covered only poor people of Andhra Pradesh. So so if you are in financially weak category that is BPL category then you are eligible for this scheme.

Reserved categories like schedule caste schedule tribe other backward classes minority groups are eligible to take benefit of this scheme.

Claim Documents needed

Permanent residence proof will be required.

Patient Aadhaar card is required to attach with application form.

Patient treatment documents will be needed to take benefit of the scheme.

Patient need to submit hospital discharge papers which are issued by the hospital.

Economically weak patient need to submit their BPL certificate.

If you are from any reserved category like SC, ST, OBC or Minority, then reserve category certificate will be required.

To recived payment, you need to submit your bank account details.

YSR Arogya Asara Scheme Claim Application Form

On 3rd of December 2019 this Scheme is launched in Guntur district of Andhra Pradeh. Chief Minister announced that the scheme will be officially e launched within few days in all over that state. Till now we didn’t have the information about application form and how you will avail the the financial support that is payment. Now this scheme is under process and within few months it will be completely in progress.

The application form which is filled after the patient discharge from the hospital will be available soon on the official website. With the application form you need to attach all the documents which are mentioned above. The whole file with your application form and documents will be e send to the health department. So guys with the launch of YSR Arogya Asara Scheme, it will effect 4 to 5 lakh people in Andhra Pradesh. Mostly the economically weaker section of state. Now a days medical treatment is very expensive in India. Central Government already started Ayushman Bharat Yojana in which poor families will take treatment upto 5 lakh rupees.
